Your questions
What goes in a Christmas Eve bag?
New pyjamas, cosy slippers, a book, a festive film and a hot chocolate are all lovely choices to help her settle before the big day.
Which size should I choose?
The Small (30cm x 38cm) is just right for pyjamas, slippers and treats. The Large (49cm x 65cm) is roomy enough to double as a Santa sack on Christmas morning.
When will my bag be sent?
I make each bag to order and send it out within 5–7 working days. If you need it by a particular date, just message me before you order.
Can I return a personalised bag?
Because I make each bag just for you with your chosen name, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless I’ve made a mistake with the name on your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if your bag arrives faulty or damaged – you can read more in my Returns & Refund Policy.
