Your questions
Are the sweets and treats included?
No – the tin comes empty, ready for you to fill with their favourite sweets, chocolates or homemade treats before you give it.
Is it a good Christmas gift for a teacher?
Yes – fill it with chocolates or homemade biscuits and it’s a thoughtful end-of-term gift they can keep and reuse.
Is there a matching design?
Yes – my gingerbread heart tin is the same shape, with a pink gingerbread girl design.
When will my tin be sent?
I make each tin to order and send it out within 5–7 working days. If you need it by a particular date, just message me before you order.
Can I return a personalised tin?
Because I make each tin just for you with your chosen name, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless I’ve made a mistake with the name on your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if your tin arrives faulty or damaged – you can read more in my Returns & Refund Policy.
