What are the circles for?
They’re handy spots to put a blob of glue or dab an ink pad, so it doesn’t end up all over your project.
How do I clean it?
Most glue and ink wipes straight off with a damp cloth. For dried-on glue, a plastic scraper works well. Please don’t use abrasive cleaners or put it in the dishwasher.
When will my craft mat be sent?
I make each craft mat to order and send it out within 5–7 working days. If you need it by a particular date, just message me before you order.
Can I return a personalised craft mat?
Because I make each craft mat just for you with your chosen name, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless I’ve made a mistake with the name on your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if your craft mat arrives faulty or damaged – you can read more in my Returns & Refund Policy.
