Can I return a personalised bag?
Because I make each bag just for you with your chosen name, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless I’ve made a mistake with the name on your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if your bag arrives faulty or damaged – you can read more in my Returns & Refund Policy.
