When will my money box be sent?
I make each money box to order and send it out within 5–7 working days. If you need it by a particular date, just message me before you order.
Can I return a personalised money box?
Because I make each money box just for you with your chosen name, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless I’ve made a mistake with the name on your order. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if your money box arrives faulty or damaged – you can read more in my Returns & Refund Policy.
